Sunrock Equity Partners is a Florida-based private equity firm that will make investments in a diversified portfolio of rapidly growing private companies across the Southeast.  The firm will consider leveraged buyout, distressed, restructuring and growth equity transactions.  Sunrock will focus on the small market.

Florida has a diverse economy and with the current changes in the market place there are an outstanding number of private investment opportunities; however, there is a shortage of private equity firms that focus on the Florida market.  Florida is the 4th largest state and is projected to overtake New York as the largest state by 2015.  However, few firms in the state target the smaller end of the Florida private equity market.   

Sunrock Equity Partners intends to capitalize on this by focusing its resources and investments on small companies in Florida.  Our geographic proximity and depth of experience will enable us to provide the financial capital, support, and guidance small private companies need to succeed.
